You can create your account by going to www.nicemart.com.ph You may register using your email address.

2. How to become a im mart , nice mart Member (Wholesaler)?

We have 3-Tiers for Wholesale MembersGOLD - 8% Discount with one-time minimum purchase of P10k

VIP - 13% Discount with one-time minimum purchase of P30k

ROYAL - 13% +++ Discount with one-time minimum purchase of P100k

(to be discussed with our Manager)To become a member kindly login to our website and send us your name,

and email to our Facebook page. Our staff will verify your registration and will give you Exclusive Discount Codes for Members only

3. Are you open for im mart , nice mart Franchise or Partnership?

Yes. Kindly send your Letter of Intent to nicemartsales@gmail.comm. We contact you within 24-48 hours.

4. How are items priced on im mart , nice mart ?

All products on our website are sold at the same price as our offline stores

5. What is the minimum order value?

We dont require a minimum amount each transaction.

6. Can someone abroad order and deliver locally?

Yes. Anyone can order on the site as long as the area where products will be delivered are covered by im mart , nice mart.

7. Can I request for substitute items in case some of the products I ordered are unavailable?

Unfortunately, all unavailable items during the picking process will be left out. This is a system limitation at the moment.

Watch out for this substitution feature in the future. Final charges to your account will be based on actual items fulfilled.

8. How can I get updates of my order?

You will be receiving email or text notifications regarding the status of your order.

For email notifications, in case they are not in your primary inbox, please check your spam or promotions folders.

9. How do I pay for my order?

You can pay using debit card, credit card, Gcash, 7-Eleven, Mlhuiller, Cebuana or Cash on Delivery.

10. Do you give Senior Citizen / PWD discount?

We cannot offer the Senior Citizen / PWD discount.

Currently, there is no policy in place for senior citizen discounts applied to online transactions.

Nevertheless, we will abide with government regulations should this be updated.

11. Do you accept item replacements?

For any replacement concerns, kindly send an email nicemartsales@gmail.com.

Our dedicated customer service staff will get back to you within 24 hours.

Requests for replacement are only valid if The product delivered is damaged or expired

The product delivered is incorrect or different from the one posted on the site Replacement

shall not be accepted unless customer strictly complies with the following conditions

The item to be replaced is duly supported by a receipt covering the sale of the replaced goods

The items were returned for replacement within seven (7) days from receipt of product with complete tags and labels, with no defect or damage, in its original box, unopened and untampered except for goods with visible factory defect or were clearly expired Refund of order is subject to approval of management.
